90 days or more before your event: 90% refund. 60–90 days: 80% refund. 30–60 days: 75% refund. Less than 30 days: 50% refund.
Additional costs may apply for items such as a PA or AV engineer, lighting engineer, security staff, an event supervisor, dedicated IT support, hardware use and consumables.
